We are a company that has both the functions of being a “Fabless manufacturer” and a “Technical trading company.”v

We have accumulated a large volume of technical expertise from our more than 50 years of experience in the field since our establishment. In the “Protect” sector in particular, we have had a large number of previous successes and plentiful experience and have worked on various different prototype production and development. We have the equipment necessary to perform the basic evaluations at the prototype stage within our own company, so we can perform performance predictions and risk predictions during the design work and at the prototype product stage.

We know a wide variety of materials and processing methods and can respond to even difficult processing in a timely manner.

We work to find solutions to the issues of the customers from multiple viewpoints by drawing on the expertise at the several hundred companies that we cooperate with, which have thorough knowledge in each field. The characteristic feature of our service is that we exploit the benefits of our position as a fabless manufacturer and use our strengths in quality control, technology and procurement to propose solutions by combining aspects from differing sectors, including every possible material, every possible method of processing and complicated assembly procedures.

Quality first policy

In addition to quality control for products in mass production, we also perform risk predictions from the design stage.

We believe that stable quality enables us to earn customer trust and is the most important service to the customer. To achieve this, we work to ensure that the products and services handled by the KBG Group satisfy the requirements of the customers (for quality, cost and delivery), by assisting and supporting the cooperating companies in the improvement of their productivity and quality capabilities and by maintaining structures to continue improvements.

Multiple bases in Japan and overseas

We cooperate with several hundred companies in Japan and overseas. We can make proposals from multiple standpoints, including regarding cost and performance.

In addition to our bases in Japan, we also have bases overseas and conduct lively import and export business. We have constructed logistics systems to make “Just-In-Time” deliveries possible, so we can delivery quickly to any location in Japan.
