Quality policy

The “Quality policy” of the KBG Group is
“Stable quality enables us to earn customer trust and is the most important service to the customer”

The quality policy of the KBG Group follows the quality policy of Bridgestone KBG Co., Ltd., as shown above. We will implement continuous improvement to our quality management system based on this policy.

What is KBG Group “Quality”?
This is the extent to which the products handled by the KBG Group and the services that accompany them conform to the requirements (specifications and standards) and the degree to which the customer is satisfied.

What is KBG Group “Quality control”?
In order to be able to offer products and the services that accompany them in a way that satisfies the customer requirements (Quality) in an economic manner (Cost) and on time (Delivery), we assist and support the improvement of productivity and quality capabilities at the cooperating companies and continue to make improvements.

What is KBG Group “Quality assurance”?
First of all, this means that we promise to deliver the quality that the customer expects and then reliably implement processes that will earn customer satisfaction for the products supplied by KBG and the services that accompany them. Secondly, it means that we give the customer confidence that the products supplied by KBG and the services that accompany them are satisfying the quality requirements.

Environmental policy

The environmental policy of Bridgestone KBG Co., Ltd. is

“For environmental conservation, we will promote continuous improvements, maintenance and advancement as basic themes for our activities for the pursuit of product safety and for harmony with the global environment through the rubber vibration isolators, damping materials, soundproofing materials, sound absorbing materials, heat insulating materials and other products based on the company philosophy of “PROTECT”.”

• We will construct an environmental management system based on ISO 14001 and promote continuous activities for environmental improvement and for the prevention of pollution.
• We will comply with the laws and ordinances related to environmental conservation and with any other requirements the company has agreed to.
• We will work to reduce our burden on the environment throughout all of our business activities.
• We will set environmental objectives and targets and work to continually make improvements.
• We will publish our environmental policy as required.

CSR

We are also working actively on cooperation between industry and academia.

As one part of our activities to contribute to society, we are also making an effort to support research at university laboratories. This is something that has many merits for the company too, such as the receipt of advice and guidance from the researchers regarding technical issues and product development. Progress is rapid in the world of advanced technology and so research activities that go beyond the frameworks of industry and academia are meaningful in various different ways and are expected to produce both material and immaterial results that will play a role in future society.
