There are four types of measure for issues of heat, including for heat that is to be blocked and for heat that is to be transmitted. “Thermal insulation” is to fix a gas between the subject and the heat source to make the transmission of the heat difficult. “Heat shielding” is to block the inflow or outflow of heat to/from the subject due to the radiation of light. There are also the methods of “heat dissipation” and “thermal diffusion,” in which the heat is allowed to escape to the air or fluid that surrounds the subject. We offer total support for the solution of the customer’s issues, from the consideration of materials to suit the application through to the molding, processing, inventory and delivery of products.

PE foam

Application:Heat insulation
Example uses: Walls, roofs, around piping, etc.
Purpose: Heat insulation such as on housing equipment requiring water resistance
Key point: It has superior flexibility to the other board type heat insulating materials and it is easy to fill it in gaps, so it has good workability.

Vacuum insulation material

Application:Heat insulation, heat shielding
Example uses: Automatic vending machines, refrigerators, display cases, etc.
Purpose: Heat insulation, particularly on items to be kept cool
Key point: The thermal conductivity has been reduced to less than one tenth of that of other materials, so it exhibits a good heat insulation effect.

Foamed PS

Application:Heat dissipation
Example uses: Packaging of precision instruments, frost prevention inside air conditioning equipment
Purpose: Heat insulation where water resistance and shock absorbency are required
Key point: It is lightweight, performing profile design using a mold and after processing are easy and it can also be used for transportation.

Glass wool

Application:Heat insulation
Example uses: Filling in gaps in housing equipment, such as on walls and roofs
Purpose: Heat insulation by filling the gap between the heat source and the subject
Key point: It is incombustible, places a small burden on the environment, resistant to deterioration in hot and humid environments and has a sound absorbing effect.

Heat dissipation sheet

Application:Heat dissipation
Example uses: Protection of electronic circuits inside devices
Purpose: Heat transmission between the circuit board and the heat sink
Key point: Compared with grease, the effect is sustained over a long period of time, there is less uneven adhesion and it can be expected that the work efficiency will improve.
